The Guest Professorship (Short-term) program is designed to bring three or four distinguished visitors to campus each year for an intensive period of scholarly exchange with faculty members and graduate students.  It is expected that the scholarly exchange will be fairly broad-based, and that the visitor will be available for discussions on a variety of topics related to his/her field of interest.  Interdepartmental nominations are strongly encouraged.
